The primary function of Longbrook Property Care is repairing and maintaining residential properties, on high volume maintenance projects for house builders. This includes a particular focus on the full range of standard day-to-day repairs such as joinery, electrical, plumbing, decorating and plastering.

We work closely with our clients in designing bespoke maintenance solutions, which can include preventative maintenance schedules if required as well as reactive repairs on areas of the building. By offering a fully integrated “one-stop shop” of maintenance and repair services, we are able to reduce costs for our clients and ensure industry leading levels of customer satisfaction.

Our dedicated maintenance team includes management and administration staff as well as a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
