AFTERCARE MAINTENANCE
Managed Aftercare Service
Aftercare Work Order is processed on our internal management system and assessed for any materials or parts required.
Once the materials/parts are received and inspected for any damage by our stores staff, the occupier is contacted to discuss the work instruction and arrange a suitable appointment.
Longbrook Maintenance Engineers attend the appointment and the progress is monitored using our live PDQ system.
Job reports to include Photographic record are compiled on work progress and completion while on site and acceptance of the work carried out is signed by the occupiers.
Longbrook Project Coordinator team member assesses the report for any outstanding work, ensuring all necessary information is provided. Follow up phone call with the occupiers to assure their full satisfaction with the service provided comes as a Longbrook standard procedure.
Scheduled Works
This service starts with the site survey completed by our Contracts Manager and detailed audit report noting the following:
- Full description & location of the defects
- Cause of the defect
- Rectification Method
- Skill set required to rectify the defects
Our experienced Project Coordinators will then look into providing you with an estimated cost.
Once our estimate is accepted, we will ensure all materials/parts and required equipment are received and inspected by our stores team and we can then provide you with the full schedule prior to work commencement.
Once the appointment for the works to commence is arranged, our Customer Care Manager will discuss the work schedule with the occupiers to ensure they are fully aware of the program.
The job is regularly assessed and site is visited by our Customer Care Manager who also completes the final sign off with the occupiers.

We understand the pressure your site teams are put under before the CML dates and therefore we can provide you with our experienced multi-skilled maintenance operatives to assist you with hitting your targets! Our operatives work to your snag list and report directly to your site management team so you are in control of the job management.
